is Virtual Audra:
'Virtual
Audra' is Solely Owned and operated by Audra Henson, who has worked in various fields including: Customer Service, Real Estate, Payroll, Accounts Receivables & Payables, Field Marketing, Executive Administrative Assisting, Secretarial & Clerical, Data Entry, Desktop Publishing, Office Manager, Laboratory Accessioner, Forensic Laboratory Assistant, Tissue Processing Technician, Child Care Reimbursement Specialist, and Medical Biller.

is a Virtual Assistant?'
Like the majority of our clients,
Virtual Assistants are entrepreneurs - highly skilled in their profession
and able to have a powerful impact on the productivity of those they work
with. Traditionally, they have been known by many names: 'secretaries',
'administrative assistants', 'personal assistants', 'executive assistants' or 'bookkeepers.'
But in an age where technology has made the world a much smaller place,
and where more professionals are working from their homes or in satellite
offices, the former 'assistant' has become 'Virtual' -- and thanks to the
Internet, Global!
The concept is still new,
but it works so well that it has been embraced by the online community.
A Virtual Assistant (or "VA") can ensure that the entrepreneur who is working
in a remodeled bedroom or attic in their home has access to all of the
support benefits enjoyed by a business person in the corner office or major
corporation - without having to hire any employees!
Work assignments are communicated
through e-mail, phone, fax, mail, diskette transfer, and real-time online
messaging. The services offered by VAs vary from one individual to
the next, based on their area of expertise. In addition to administrative
support, many VAs offer other, more specialized skills.

Transcription Rates:

Turnaround Time:
15 minutes transcribed in 1 hour.
Virtual Assisting Rates:

$20.00 an Hour.

$15.00 an hour for 20 hours.

Monthly Retainer of $440.00.
Invoices sent either weekly, bi-weekly
or per project.

Retainers:
With Monthly
Retainers, if you go over the allocated hours, any additional hours will
be billed at
the hourly fees as indicated. The Retainer fee is expected at the
beginning of
each month, any additional hours will be billed at end of the project.
Payments:

Local Clients - For services totaling
$25.00 or less, payment is due upon receipt of the completed project.
For larger projects, a deposit will be required with the balance due upon
receipt of the completed project. Completed work will not be released
until full payment is made unless alternative billing arrangements have
been made in advance.

Long-distance Clients - A deposit of
25% of quoted project total will be required in advance, with the balance due
upon receipt of invoice for completed project.
